Add Dropstream Connection


  1. In Dropstream create the connection

    1. Name format: {Warehouse} – {Company} – {Platform}

      1. Example: PA Philadelphia – Visionary Home – Wayfair

    2. Organization format: {Warehouse} – {Company}

      1. Example PA Philadelphia – Visionary Home

  2. In ShipCaddie Company User section add a new user.

    1. Email: {CompanyName without spaces}DropstreamAPI@idrivefulfillment.com

    2. First Name: {Company Name with spaces} API

    3. Last Name: Dropstream

  1. Emulate the user and set the password

    1. Go into your current “User Profile”

    2. Select the new user to impersonate

    3. Set the password for the API user

  2. Add the API capability to the user created.

    1. Find the user’s ID

    2. In the database, update the BBUserCompany table for the User ID to add “api” to the FunctionList field.

  3. Add record in the admin parameters section for the company to handle the orders coming in from Dropstream.

    1. “orderSource” is the name of the marketplace.

    2. “source” should help define where it came from in the following pattern
      DropStream-{Company Name without spaces}-{marketplace name}

“VirtualWarehouse” is the ID of the warehouse
