To add a Shipping Translation, click on the Company Settings drop down, then select Shipping Carriers.
1.Click the Add Shipping Translation button
2. Enter a value for the Carrier, Method, and check the Visible checkbox
Carrier must match the value you assign to shipping carrier in your orders. For example, if your orders come into the TWMS with a shipment carrier of “Shopify”, then you must enter “Shopify” as the Carrier.
Method must match the value you assign to the shipment method in your orders. For example, if you shipping method is “One Day Shipping”, then you must enter “One day Shipping” as the Method.
The Visible checkbox will set a flag in the TWMS to determine whether it should be used or not.
Click the Save Shipping Options button.
3. Click the Add Translation button.
4. Enter the required information that is required to configure what shipping service.
Min Weight (grams) is the minimum weight a package must be to use this translation.
Max Weight (grams) is the maximum weight a package must be to use this translation.
ShipCaddie Affiliate is the name of the actual carrier that will ship the packages, for example USPS. This value must be selected from the drop down.
ShipCaddie Service Level is the shipping method that will be used for packages with this translation, for example Express Mail.
Check the USPS checkbox.
Click the Save Translation method.
Now that the shipping translation has been saved, any order created or imported into the TWMS with a carrier of “Shopify” and a method of “One Day Shipping” will be shipped with USPS Express Mail.
