Overview: Here we will walk through how to make Product and Supply Bundles.

Definitions: 

SKU: Stock Keeping Unit

Bundle: The customer orders one item, but the warehouse will put multiple items in one order.

Product Bundles:

A Product Bundle is one item a customer can purchase, with its own Bundle SKU, that will have multiple SKUs inside of it.

  • To make a Product Bundle, click on the “Inventory” dropdown on the left side of the page, and select “Bundles”Graphical user interface, application

  • Make sure you click on the “Product Bundles” tabGraphical user interface, text, application

  • To add a new bundle, click on the green “Add Product Bundle” buttonGraphical user interface, text, application

  • Enter the Bundle SKU, the item SKUs, quantities, and any notes you may need to add.Graphical user interface, application, table

Supply Bundles:

Supply bundles are used to track inventory.

  • Click on the “Supply Bundles” tab under “Bundles”Graphical user interface, text, application, chat or text message

  • Then click on the green “Add Supply Bundle” button

  • The Bundle SKU here will need to be an item that is marked as a supply item.

  • Every time the SKU of the main bundle item is scanned, the inventory of it will decrease. This is for those who want to have special items included in a package, like tissue paper or a custom box, and want to track how many of those special items they have left.
