Objective: The purpose of this document is to familiarize the user with the “View Returns” section of the “Returns” tab. If you would like to watch a quick video on the returns section, click here.
Description:
This section allows for a full view of all past returns as well as those that are available for processing (See Figure 1.0). There are two fields that make up the date range view for the table: “Returns From” and “To” (See Figure 1.1). Then, the “Status” dropdown menu allows the user to filter the returns from the date range to a specific kind of return (See Figure 1.2). Next, the “Filter” field allows for additional filters to be put in place. After that, the “Item Filter” adds a final layer of filtering to display only specific types of items within the returns (See Figure 1.3). If the user desires to see returns that are available right now for processing, they can press the “View Processable Returns” button (See Figure 1.4). Pressing the “View Processable Returns” button will cause the table to display all the returns that need to be processed and give the option to process them (see Figure 1.5). Finally, the user can export a “Returns” report using the export button (See Figure 1.6) to see a report of all the returns that fit under the filters and/or specifications set in the “View Returns” section.
