The following steps will guide you through the process of finding where to add users in ShipCaddie, how to assign the rights for a new user and how to finish the user creation:


  1. Log into ShipCaddie
  2. Click on the "Settings" tab on the left hand side of the screen:
  3. Then, click on the "Users" section in the "Settings" tab:
  4. Next, click the "+" symbol in the right hand corner of the new screen:
  5. Now, a pop-up should appear displaying the various rights the user can hold and the user information to input:
  6. After inputting the proper account information and deciding which permissions are needed for the user, click the "Submit" button. You have now created a new user!
