There are many reasons to have multiple users associated with your ShipCaddie account and it is important to understand how to add a properly configured user in ShipCaddie. The following steps will guide you through the process of finding where to add users in ShipCaddie, how to assign the rights for a new user and how to finish the user creation:
- Log into ShipCaddie
- Click on the "Settings" tab on the left hand side of the screen:
- Then, click on the "Users" section in the "Settings" tab:
- Next, click the "+" symbol in the right hand corner of the new screen:
- Now, a pop-up should appear displaying the various rights the user can hold and the user information to input:
- After inputting the proper account information and deciding which permissions are needed for the user, click the "Submit" button. You have now created a new user!
