Purchasing insurance for a single shipment, can be done directly from the Shipment Screen.
- Select Package Options under the Package Details section. If you do not see the Insurance options on this screen, select the EDIT (pencil icon) and select the Value that you are insuring for this package. Change the Insurance Protection to InsureShield™ Coverage.
2. To find this Shipping Protection coverage if not on the main shipping screen, select Edit and navigate between the tabs on the left. Make sure to add the Declared Value of the Shipment as well as InsureShield™ Coverage.
When your label prints, your insurance will be purchased and deduct from your Caddie Credits account.
